We decided to change realtors after a very disappointing experience with our first realtor. We decided to talk with other realtors in hopes of finding someone who would be more helpful ~ one who who be attentive to our needs, who would explain the “ins and outs” of selling our property, communicate with us, and, of course, sell the property. This was our first time selling a property (we are retired) and really needed an experienced realtor to walk us through this process as kindergarteners! After meeting with Bob, we had no doubts ~ he took time with us, educated us, listened to us. He was professional in every way, but he was also friendly ~ kind of comfortable and down to earth ~ we listed with him. Bob followed through with, absolutely, everything he said he would do AND he kept in communication with us all along the way. This property was not an easy sell. For instance, it had township ordinances which made it difficult, if not impossible to develop in a way ideal for its location. Bob worked at it and Bob sold it in a short time and just slightly below asking price. We were thrilled! We would recommend Bob Brick in a heartbeat!
